Our Mission

Shield & Ladder is an international initiative dedicated to supporting active and retired police officers and firefighters through endurance sports. Our mission is to empower these heroes by fostering community, promoting wellness and celebrating their service.

Through cycling, running and other endurance events our athletes raise awareness and funds to benefit those who have dedicated their lives to public safety. We honor these men and women, inspire others to get involved and create meaningful change where it's needed most.

Our Partners

We are proud to collaborate with a growing network of businesses, organizations and individuals who believe in our mission. These partnerships amplify our ability to support first responders and their communities. Interested in joining our mission? We'd love to hear from you!
